BLINK AND YOU MISSED IT
Reunited pop-punk trio Blink-182 stunned Los Angeles Thursday night with a surprise set at a private event outside Paramount Studios in Hollywood. For details on the night, check out our news story here. You know who wasn’tsurprised? AP, as we managed to sneak one of our photographers, Jered Scott, into the festivities to snag pics from the show that also featured DJ Am and Weezer.
Currently Live Nation lists two shows in both Las Vegas and Vancouver to kick off the blink-182 summer tour as opposed to one each that Billboard.com posted earlier today. The Vegas shows take place on July 23rd and 24th at the Hard Rock Casino – the Joint. The Vancouver shows are listed for July 27th and 28th at the GM Place. We’ll keep you posted.

Fall Out Boy joins the Blink-182 Summer Tour
Ever since I heard “dude ranch” I knew I wanted to meet blink-182. They basically were saying and doing everything I wanted to, only in smarter and funnier ways. To have the chance to join them on tour has always been a dream for our band. We thought we probably would never have the chance. It’s good for music that blink-182 is making noise again. I’m really happy to be able to see it from such a close point of view. – Pete Wentz
