Travis’ Solo Album Expected Release Date

It was never set in stone in the first place, but this isn’t exactly when we expected to hear the Solo Album.

    honestly the reason i didn’t ask is because i knew he’d end up mentioning how they havent been in the studio yet (considering toms still on tour with AvA) and i didnt wanna disappoint myself

    Everybody, we seriously to chill. I’m not saying I want the blink record to come out in 2011 or later, but I think we need to be patient and understand delays will happen. Tom is on tour with AVA which is understandable since the LOVE record was almost finished before the blink tour. He has to support the album, especially since they recorded it with their own money and released it for free. Travis’ solo album has been worked on and talked about on and off for a long time now, so it’s understandable that he wants to finish that. Transplants and Trousdale Press are ways for Mark and Travis to remain creative while Tom is touring. Don’t forget that blink is still an active band too and that they have a good sized tour in Europe this summer too. Just try to think of the delay as a way for all three of them to get everything else done, so when the time comes they can focus fully on blink and give us a record worth the wait. :)

    I honestly think it could be 2012 before the blink album. I hope not, but I couldn’t see it coming out any sooner than the end of 2011. If someone would finally stomp out AVA then it might happen, but highly doubtful. Angels won’t be done touring til June, Blink goes to europe in august IF they actually record something during that time it will probably be part of a song or something and then they’ll be done for a while. I would love to be wrong but until tom lets ava die its going to take forever.

    Eh i say bring back +44!!! i love blink, but i dont see that happing for along time, tom has crappy ass ava, let him get his crappy ideas out with that band so when he comes back to blink he has it out of system so he can write good music again!!!!!

    Everyone put it like this,the longer the wait the better the album. Isay this only because the longer they are doing side projects and AVA;whn they are done and come back to the studio they will amazing ideas to use since they were trying to be creative with their other projects. In otherwords….they are just brainstorming for a smashing hit of a NEW ALBUM.BLINK FOR LIFE!!

    i don’t even care anymore. everything will come when it comes. we the fans can not make it come any sooner. if it happens it happens, if not then its THE FAILURE OF ALL TIME. But I think in time everyone including blink will be happy with an album a new tour and so on.
