This list just reconfirms my lack of confidence in most of the world. I mean, cmon panic! beaten green day, Foo Fighters beaten by AFI, Animal Collective beaten FNM, Coheed and Cambria beaten Paramore, DMB over TCV. Stupid teeny boppers and their crappy music

My mind is seriously hurting right now knowing that even one person voted for Jared Leto, I mean 30 seconds to mars, over Blink. That is just blasphemous. What an ebarassing testament to most music lovers today!! My vote is obviously right where it should be… Blink 182!!!!!

Hummm…even if I’m a true Blink fan, I’m not sure I’m goanna vote for them…Do they really deserve it ?
I mean, compared to Blink, 30 STM is a “alive” band, they keep their fans informed, they do tour, they produce new albums…
And when is the last time that we got some serious Blink news ?
They’ve done their comeback tour…and since, nothing…
So, maybe your name a legend, but if you can’t pretend to be one anymore, so, it’s over…

44Atticus, I fail to see why you complain so much. How many times do they need to tell us, after Tom gets done with Angels and Airwaves he will then focus on Blink. Who knows what’ll happen after they eventually release the new album, but I get a feeling Tom will recognize that the support for Blink is much greater than that of AVA’s, and Blink will become a top priority from that point.
I don’t know about you, but i’m gonna vote a 100 times. I hope everyone else does aswell.

Actually, my goal isn’t to get attention…it’s just what I think. ^^
For the moment, Blink is still dead…like in 2003. :/
They did their summer tour, playing their most famous songs, with Tom singing somes songs like “Dumpweed” with his wonderful new AvA voice (…awful) during the summer, and wearing his LOVE shirt…then, they (Sorry, Mark) talked about their so called “Up All Night”…that we’re still waiting for.
Of course that Blink is greater than Ava, even if I think that Tom is doing a damm good job in Ava. But, as we can see on the latest interviews, he doesn,’t seem to be concerned about Blink, but I hope I’m wrong.
I sincerely hope to be wrong about that, and that they’re going to release very soon their best CD ever…xD

Well I am gonna make sure they win. But it only lets you vote once. Unless you get googlechrome and open a new incognito window, then it lets you vote repeativley. My friend is a huge 30 seconds to mars fan and that is what she is doing.

I kinda gotta side with 44atticus…I know what Tom says, but I’ll believe it when I see it. I would love to be proved wrong. And yea, whatever happened to “Up All Night”? So much hype about it, then nothing. Since the reunion was announced I have had Mark’s twitter updates sent to my phone…it was exciting to constantly getting Blink updates. But now, whenever I get one, my hopes get up…just to be let down. Lol. And weren’t they suppose to be back in the studio in January? Come on guys, give us some real updates!!!

how can you even compare these bands.. blink-182 has succeeding as a band in which they are like the beatles of The Pop Punk World. 30 Seconds To Mars is a pretty good band, but they will never put a mark on this planet like Blink-182.. Blink-182 has created a sound that many dream of and use as inspiration. They have done things that all pop punk bands did not think of at the time and still when they want to put their minds to it could always create something unlike any other band. Jared Leto is an Actor, he is also a musician as we all know, but to me 30STM is like a motion picture of a band for Leto. Blink-182 could quite possible be the best band in the world, even if your not a huge fan. They have done so much, and even with the last tour they proved to be a band of strong values and big hearts. the next blink album is going to sell more then all AVA and +44 albums combined. even if free! Blink-182 is just a blessing. Just a miracle of a band. Mark, Tom and Travis have already become the angels of the airwaves in the pop punk world. and they will always own any band any style, all 3 were born to be gods of punk. Like I said. THEY ARE THE BEATLES OF POP PUNK.. its a shame we have tom balancing both bands. We know blink is all people really want in the end. its so damn true.

Actually all you have to do is disable cookies for the site and you can vote multiple times in a row without having to open new windows. However, it does track your IP, so after a certain number of votes in a short period, you have to have a “cooling off period” before you can vote more.
That said, it’s pointless trying to fight the 30STM cult, their street team “Echelon” is freaking cult-like. It’s really disturbing, actually.

The difference in the voting in my opinion was this,
Blink fans probably voted once, maybe twice, (I voted for like 45 minutes as sad as that is) then went about their day. As most Blink fans are a little older and have lives now, more or less. the “Echelons” probably voted for hours upon hours. When Blink drops their album i’m sure it’ll sale HUGE, and it’ll be amazing. Nothing compared to reaching the “sweet 16″ of some guy’s March badness bracket, but still nice none the less.
Still, I put in a good 45 minutes because seeing 30 seconds to Mars beat blink at anything is beyond sick. It’s all good though. Congrats to the “Echelons” they gotta have something to look forward to, cause it certainly ain’t good music.

@Joey I agree with you completely. If you look at the bracket now, MCR is now up in the semi-finals. Quite a shame what these kids listen to.
