In the official rules for the T-Mobile Sidekick Live The Rock Life Sweepstakes it mentions the following as part of the grand prize paclage:

six (6) VIP concert tickets to the blink-182 concert at The Palladium (includes side stage access and table in VIP balcony area)

Looks like blink-182 will play a show at the Palladium in Los Angeles sometime after the contest ends on September 27th!
